We pride ourselves on a speedy delivery service and endeavour to send the Penstamps out within 7 to 10 working days. Please note that we cannot guarantee this however. Due to the bespoke nature of the stamp we are unable to turn the products around the same day.
All orders are shipped first class proof of posting or 'signed for' according to Royal Mail postage rates. Our charges to include postage and packaging are:

Non UK mainland orders will be shipped by 'international signed for' - a recorded delivery airmail service. This is a fast and cost effective service that means we can supply to most of Europe within an additional 5 days and 5-10 days to the USA and most of the rest of the world.
If an item is out of stock
In the unlikely event we are out of stock of an item, we will advise the customer by phone or email at the earliest opportunity. We will offer an alternative item or a full refund.
If you do not receive your order
Please let us know immediately by telephone or email if you do not receive your order as scheduled, and check that we have noted your call/email, otherwise we cannot accept any liability for loss of goods.
In the event of any damaged goods
You should examine all goods at the time of delivery. Please notify us of any damage or errors in dispatching of goods within 48 hours of receipt otherwise no liability can be accepted. Please inform us by telephone or email, and check that we have noted your call/email.
Include contact details with all orders
Unless otherwise agreed, we ask that all orders include a telephone number or email address for the recipient (whether it’s yourself or a third party), so that we can contact them to ensure that the goods have been received safely.
We cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage if the recipient cannot be contacted to verify safe delivery.
Orders to be sent to an address other than the cardholder's address may be declined at our discretion.
