Returns
Under the SafeBuy code returns are accepted within 14 days of new, unused goods with complete original packaging - refunds do not include original postage or the cost of the rubber stamp. Credit will only be made for goods returned in saleable condition.
Use of goods is deemed as acceptance by the customer and we will not accept returned used goods under any circumstances.
The customer is responsible for return carriage and faulty/incorrect goods must be returned within 14 days in their original packaging via Recorded or ‘signed for’ delivery. If this is not done we cannot accept any responsibility for any returns sent. If we are satisfied that the error was on our part, we will replace the item with a new or correct one and reimburse the carriage costs incurred in returning it to us.
